What is the shortest immigration process to bring wife in US?

I am US citizen, and my wife is in overseas. Our marriage is registered in her home country. What is the shortest way to bring her here with me? How long it might take? What is the shortest immigration process to bring wife in US?
if u r married you have to file form I-130 relative petition. the cost is $355.00 us dls and depends where she is from thats the time frame, you have to fill out an affidavit of support to proof u can take care of her money wise, or even some body else can do it and be her sponsor, but in an easy and smooth tramit it will take from 3 to six months! good luck! What is the shortest immigration process to bring wife in US?
You guys might find it helpful to read up on the whole process. There is a lot of paperwork involved. I believe it can be done without hiring a lawyer, however, if you can afford it talk to an attorney. There is more than one way to do this, I believe, through a US consulate or by filing the paperwork here in the US. However, my friend and his wife went thru the process awhile back. The hired a lawyer and it worked out fine.
Your wife has to go to the us consulate in her home state and apply for an immigration visa.you can help by sending sponser papers that she can take when she apply's.If she has no crimminal record it should not take more then three month depending what country she is in and if there is a quota.
You need to apply for her spousal visa and prove you have sufficient income and assets to support her and guarantee a $30,000 bond. It would have been faster if you had applied for a fiance visa, which usually takes about a year to obtain. A spousal visa is often taking 2 to 2-1/2 years now. She cannot come to the US while the application is pending. You will have to go visit her in her country.
Go to http://www.visajourney.com for free guides and support. You have a choice about how to file. The time it takes will depend on where you live and what country she lives in. Some visas can take less than a year while some can take over 2 years. There are so many variables.
CR1/IR1 Spouse immigrant visa or K3 Spouse nonimmigrant visa.

The wait time depends on the US Embassy of your spouse's country.
