My wife claims DLA for our disabled daughter, however most of the time she wastes the money. I have told her too many times to clean up her act, but she does not listen to me. I want to take control to ensure the money is spent accordingly. I am not with angry because i am not with my wife, we have been apart for a long time i just want what is best for our child.How can i claim my daughters Disability Living Allowance from my wife?
