Applications for settlement visa have been processed in Manila in a timeframe that ranges from 2 days to 4 months to be completed.

Impossible to answer but for sure it will be a long drawn out process. It may well be that such an application will be refused.
It is well known for Filipino women to marry UK men for the sole purpose of gaining entry into the UK.
Expect a tough time from Embassy staff.

Visa approvals of filipinos/filipinas to UK are generally easier and faster than to USA. I heard a recent story about a UK guy that had some medical problem while processing the finace/wife visa, and so it was approved in just 2 days based on this medical hardship.. he ugently needed his wife to care for him.
