How do you wake up a Sim from Sims 2 Double Deluxe from a sleep of two days and more?

My sim wife on the game and husband wont wake up and the have slept for two days. I try to click on them to wake them oup but it acts like they are already up and says to go to a lot please help me or else the aspiration meter will go down and the wil die.

try reloading the lot.





if that doesnt work, this might, not sure:


at the nighbourhood, ctrl alt c, then type:


boolprop testingcheatsenabled true


then load your lot, and shift click on the sleeping sims...press ';force error'; then hit ';reset'; on the little pop up box...if it doesnt let you force error on the sims, force it on the bed.

This happens to me a lot. If it's what I think you're talking about, that is....





They won't do anything, they're laying in bed and look like they're awake (no Z's coming from their heads), their needs and aspirations are decreasing...





If that's what it is, there are two ways you can fix it:





Way #1: Bring up the cheat bar (Ctrl Shift C) and enter ';move_objects on'; and then go to but mode and click on them both and place them somewhere on the floor. They will be standing up next to the bed, which will have a giant lump in it. :D





Tip: Turn off move_objects on with move_objects off....it's a revelation, huh!?





Way #2: Bring up the cheat bar and enter ';boolprop testingcheatsenabled true'; and then hit Shift and click on one of the sims. Look on the pie menu (I think you have to hit more to find it) and select ';Force Error.'; A blue menu will come up on your screen with three options: Delete, Reset, and Cancel. Select ';Reset'; and the same thing should happen as in the first way: they will be standing next to the bed, which will have a giant lump in it. *insert smiley face here*





If that's not what you're talking about, then I have no idea and I just wasted a bunch of time. :D
