Does my wife get to leave from meps with me to fort hood?

and will she be able to ride same plane for free and how much baggage are we aloowed please help oinly 4 days till i leaveDoes my wife get to leave from meps with me to fort hood?
Negative. No one gets to ride with you to Fort Hood, once you leave MEPS, you're in the training process. Assuming you're going to basic training, of course.Does my wife get to leave from meps with me to fort hood?
no. if you are shipping out to basic trainingt he last time she sees you is the day before you ship. she will not be permitted to live with you again until you get to your first duty station in most cases.

the military NEVER pays for plane tickets for dependents unless you are going overseas on accompnied orders.
Hardly anyone goes from MEPS to Fort Hood. Fort Hood is a permanent party (FORSCOM) installation, not a training (TRADOC) installation. Unless you are a prior service and MOS qualified soldier, you are not going to Fort Hood from MEPS. If you are, then your wife can accompany you.

Chances are you are going to a Basic Combat Training installation first, then an MOS producing one (or one that has both, such as Infantry or MP, where the training is One Station Unit Training, aka OSUT).

EDIT: Based on your additional info, yes, the government will pay her way too. You can draw an advance on your travel pay and go, and/or the transportation office can secure airline tickets for both of you and also make arrangements for your household goods to ship.
If you are reporting after being in the Reserves or Prior then the military will pay for the transportation of you and your spouse to the first base. But if you have a vehicle they will not pay for the plane tickets, they will pay for mileage (MALT) and Per Diem to get there. She might have to do the trip on her own if she has a valid driver's license. You are better going first, reporting first and then have her come down because you will be busy at the beginning, there is also no advance in travel for your first orders. For luggage you are allowed the standard baggage no more than than the airlines will allow.

They will pay for your household goods to be shipped as well but someone will have to be there when the movers come. You can have your spouse do it or give a Power of Attorney to someone else that you trust
